Our Story
How it started
Eph's parents passed along their expertise in coffee cultivation to him. For the past years, they used to process & trade their harvest to neighbouring city, but Eph realized that the farm couldn't be efficiently managed in the coming years since his parents are ageing. That's when he started to self-educate about business especially in farming. He soon realized that continuing the family coffee plantation is one of his passion, and that's when Empereur Farms was born.In August of 2021, Eph together with his parents founded "Empereur Farms" with the mission to highlight the beneficial effects of Direct Trade coffee on the coffee industry as well as to make sustainable and traceable coffee more widely available.

Despite the market being crowded and competitive, we are still committed to what makes our family's coffee story special: our "farm-to-cup" strategy. Owning and managing the entire agricultural and coffee roasting process.
